Dropped my truck off on a Tuesday for a CEL. Was told they would call me before repairs. I was never updated about repairs and pricing. Had to call Friday and ask if my truck was ready, picked the truck up and had to pay $300 for an air filter replacement. Terrible service.

Haven’t even bought a car from here yet but dealing with Michele from an internet inquiry has been nothing short of amazing. The absolute best customer service I’ve ever received from a car dealer. Hopefully we can work a deal and pick up a car from here soon.

Employees wear masks , workstations have acrylic barriers and there are hand sanitizer stations.
You will have to look the restrictions set by Bridgestone.on Warrenty clames. Also, if you had your tires rotated during the recommended service intervals and have the paper work to prove it. That will help you. I would take the documents and the vehicle back to them and start their. It's not cut & dry as it may seem. But paper work will greatly increase the likelihood you will have free or reduced cost new tires.
Sorry to say I do not know. My inspection was free because it was warranty work that was done.

They just expanded their showroom so they have a big selection of used cars and trucks. End of the year specials might mean you can buy a new truck for less than a used one. That is how I bought my car at the end of the year. Mine was new and I went with financing. So make sure you look at the new truck deals and ask a sales person to show you the lowest prices on new and used to compare.
