Bought a mattress just over a month ago and it has a hump in the middle. There is a 1 1/4 inch dip and they won’t take it back until it’s an 1 1/2 inch. Won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Horrible Customer Service. I was being helped by this lady who kept walking away to help someone else. I picked out 2 couches that I liked and she said let me check with manager. By the way, I was paying in cash. After walking around not one person came up to me to see if I needed help. When I decided to just leave, someone finally asked if I needed help, I said I’m leaving and guess what they didn’t care. Horrible company. I will never come to this place EVER. Do not shop here, you will be ignored.
