I want to start off by saying, I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I've been to this location two times prior than my visit on June 21, 2022 at 3pm. And this last visit (6/21/22) was extremely disappointing. My bf has always talked about the Wing Challenge. So we went to BWW for this exact reason. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even come to the table (I had to go up to the front counter to request service) remind you, there was probably more employees running around than tables. After getting through this awkward conversation with the server, we told him that my bf wanted to do the challenge. He was very unhappy and uninterested. The overall wing challenge was awkward, disappointing, and upsetting. We were told it was 6 wings in 5 min (different than what we read online) so we thought cool, easy. A food runner brought out 10 wings (extremely doused with sauce, it was layering the entire plate.) And stood there talking with other employees while my bf started. Making us feel like we didn't belong and like we are a burden for doing this challenge. My bf unfortunately didn't make the 10 drenched wings in 5 min. We received ice cream, no headband (like what was promised). I ended up spending $82 plus $12 too here and we just sat in the car talking about how disappointing this experience was.

Buffalo wild wings is a go to for good wings. 🍽 I really love their sauce option wings, I truly recomend the original Buffalo, if you like hot wings, but lemon pepper sauce is my absolute favorite. 🍸they have a wide beer and drink selection 👤 Service is good 🛎 if all your party is +21 the bar area is the option. Plus is pretty cool 🚻 they have bathrooms inside 🅿️ they have free parking outside

I don’t usually write reviews but I was just appalled when I came in for dinner 1. 4-5 tables where completely trashed and not being cleaned 2. The waiter looked high. He came and unprofessionally sat and slouched at our table to take an order 3. Another waiter was sitting at a table and just hanging out with other guests 4. The Smell was terrible when we walked in. All this to say the problem is Managment. If the place was managed better this would not be happening. We immediately left because who knows what’s going on in the kitchen if the visible areas are neglected.

Happily Content

Out of all the BWW I've been to, I like the way this one is set up the best. Stopped by here after an early eye appointment across the street. The wings were seasoned and cooked perfectly. We were the only people there being as is was just after opening. Our waitress was extremely sweet and the bartender made us some super delicious drinks and even brought them to our table himself. Overall a really great experience.
