I get coffee from this McDonalds EVERY morning. I often get a medium water as well, for free. Tonight I go there and the girl at the cashier window says they have to charge for the 1$ coffee, because only the small water is free. Then why does it ring up on my receipt as free.... then the manager literally had me waiting 5 mins - in the drive thru, mind you - to give me my 1$ and reiterate to me that only a small water is free. The Hispanic older man manager is an a**hole.... and they just lost my daily business. I hope the morning crew sees this... they know me - large vanilla iced coffee w/ extra cream - I'll be going to the McDonalds 5 mins away north in Hwy 99 now... good job!

This one's great. Fast friendly accurate. Better if you go thru the drive thru it can get a little chaotic inside sometimes when they're busy. Sometimes they don't have the items you ask for but it happens. Overall pretty great!

The cashier was not friendly in the least. She also spoke too softly to hear and glared at us the entire time. Not sure if she just has rbf or if she was legitimately glaring. Either way, she was very short with us. If you're going to work customer service at least be civil. She also waited until after I ordered a soda to tell me that the drink machines were out of order inside and they had to use the drive-thru machine. Cool.
