Amazing location with a great staff. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell they were short staffed and very busy, but the employees stayed patient with all the kids and made the experience memorable.

Great shop for kids to come pick a toy and participate in the stuffing process. It is a very interactive as a child works together on filling a toy with stuff.

Unbelievable customer service in the worst way! I have had to call twice for never receiving a gift card I had ordered on the Build A Bear website. First call there was no answer for 1 hour and42 minutes the second I was on hold for over 2 hours and 27 minutes. The first time I just asked that they email me the certificate instead of a card in the mail. That never happened. Second call I demanded my money back. I still have not received anything and am out $50. I will never use this company again and they still owe me my money back!!!!!! Thieves / Terrible Service / Unbelievable

They are very health, and safety conscious. They limit the amount of customers in store ate a time, and everything is cleaned and sanitized between customers

Unfortunately she's incorrect about her own store promotion build a bears official site states "you may pay the age of any and all children who are with you in the store. This offer is valid for one furry friend per Guest who is present in the store on July 12, and who is accompanying a Bonus Club member or adult over the age of 18 who signs up to become a Bonus Club member."
