Terrible customer service in my ENTIRE LIFE!!!! I had visited New Balance at the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, WA on 2/26/22 around 3pm to return online order. Apparently, I ordered gray color but received white colored sneakers. A lady, the shift supervisor was reluctantly take my return stating that they are not the New balance store, they are ONLY FRANCHISE. They owned one in the Alderwood mall and Bellevue. She said she was doing a huge favor to return the item but she can't. Because it is different color than it stated it outside of the box. I told her that that is why I am returning. She stated that I DO NOT KNOW YOU. She claimed that I am not returning the same products which stated in the box. She also stated that DO YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU OR NOT. I asked for upper manager or any other customer service phone numbers. She could not provide me anything. She was busy finding reasons NOT TO SERVICE. Terrible Customer service. New Balance at Alderwood is a FRANCHISE NOT A REAL STORE PER HER. I do not recommend this store for anything.

Dillon provided awesome customer service! He measured my feet using their 3D scanner and was able to recommend a pairs of shoes to my fit the shape of my feet. The shoes are very comfortable, I highly recommend this store.
