Yes. Especially is you book a spa treatment. Remember, The Willows is ADULT ONLY!! The family pool is nest door at Viejas hotel. Both are very nice. But if you are looking for family day use your best bet is YMCA. And it won'tcost you your kids college fund!. Both Rancho San Diego (McGrath) and Santee (Cameron) have great pools for adults and kids. Keep in mind the have they have pool schedule so call!

Yes you have to pay a deposit when you arrive and I've never really paid for a room there it's usually comped, and they don't take cash for the deposit it has to be on a credit card.

They charge you at your arrival. To reserve the room we have to have a credit card but they don't charge that card until you actually get there. When you get there you can change the card that you want to pay with.

If you can get to any trolly station or bus stop you can get to casino shuttle bus Mecca. Terry is right, you could easily warp through 3 meals just getting close to the shuttles. The trolly is generally the fastest. Viejas used to give a little freeplay for taking the shuttle. Alas they established a working service they cut a little joy from us. One serious thought, every once and a while somebody will ask for a ride from the casono because they missed the last bus. This usually is in reference to the bus/trolly which takes them from the casino shuttle station to points beyond. Be absolutely sure of your late night rides.. stay smart and safe.

My mom and I have brought her service dog Dakota with numerous times but everyone is usually stoked to see a puppy at work lol and everyone goes out of their way to get him water or whatever be may need and even put us in a room a bit more isolated so that his sporadic barking episodes didnt bother anyone too much. Security is kind of a pain sometimes though like they ask if he is a service dog despite the fact that he is wearing his Service Vest with 2 different patches that say service dog and they want to know what tasks he performs exactly not that they can verify it one way or the other but we sometimes have to do that song and dance 4 or 5 times in a day each time we see a new guard other than those semi inconvenient blips usually its smooth sailing
