We have had nothing but fantastic experiences with this urgent care as well as any other Children's Mercy location we have visited. They are thorough, accurate, and so very patient and caring. As a nervous first time mother the staff have been a true asset.

The urgent care closes at 10 p.m on weekdays and 8 p.m. on weekends.
They are open from 12pm (noon) to 10pm daily.

Not at this location. You will need to call the main campus downtown.
To answer your question they are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 9:00. So if your appointment was 8:30 am they would be there for they want you to be there about 15 minutes early. If you have waited linger than 15 minutes then go back to the desk ask them whats going on. They are most friendly people to be around.
