To answer your question they are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 9:00. So if your appointment was 8:30 am they would be there for they want you to be there about 15 minutes early. If you have waited linger than 15 minutes then go back to the desk ask them whats going on. They are most friendly people to be around.
