I have made a number of purchases from Sprue Brothers Models and have been very satisfied with their products and service. When a kit I ordered recently was out of stock, the customer service representative was very kind and apologetic and shipped me a replacement kit that was actually an upgrade from the one I ordered. It is a pleasure dealing with a company where service still matters.

But you can order online and pick up at the location. They have several people that do this. I thought the same thing and went there they habe several military builds and some sale items on the table when you walk in. They are real nice people to visit with great business and people.
