AWE-mazing psychiatrist! First time a doctor went above and beyond prescribing medicine, she also prescribed along other sensory practices to my regimen; giving me practical tactics to not just manage my condition, but help rewire my brain where possible. LOVED her implementation of exercises during our first session; taking into account my subconscious mental health and not just focused on my words. These exercises left me feeling MORE than just heard, but better understood based on what I cannot always verbalize.
