Such a wonderful space. Stepping into coil is like finding a hidden space of peace and serenity. Everyone made me feel welcome and I was greeted by everyone I encountered. The class itself was challenging but rewarding. I felt great after. I will be making it a goal to visit as often as I can.

What a beautiful and inviting space you have created. Whitney guided us through a peaceful yet challenging and always rewarding, vinyasa flow this morning. I'm so glad the schedule offers sunrise yoga. The studio also offers a week pass for travelers which suited my needs perfectly as we pass through Fresno. You will love them. A calm, peaceful, beautiful atmosphere. Very knowledgeable well trained teachers. Just what you need. You probably will make friends there.
