Very polite and nice employee's.but so sad seeing costumers with out Mask 😷 no enforce buy management so sad is important to protect everyone please follow CDC is the law

Worst customer services, was unable to return my son costume that did not fit him because my son opened the mask accessory. Keep in mind was never told of return policy before buying. I asked if I can at least get a partial return or in store credit, and I was told no.

Store was clean and well stocked, employees were helpful and know how to treat customers. Fitting rooms are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions but did not have any problems with returning my item that didn't fit for a different size.
