If I could give this clinic ZERO REVIEW I would, please don’t waste your time. I have been calling this clinic for 2 days to get information for a family member that is in desperate need of help, they advise me to call an ext that person is THE ONLY STAFF MEMBER that can provide me with the information I’m requesting which is basic information about how to get my family member admitted and which steps to follow, the staff member does not answer and her voicemail is advising she is out of the office.. I tried to contact the “receptionist” if you can even call them that.. they are extremely unprofessional they would hang up on me and just transfer me mid conversation as I was trying to explain I can’t communicate with the person they keep on transferring me to, they asked me to contact the supervisor “Maria” which I did I left a voicemail no response I called again they advised me administration is a meeting, I waited and called back at the time they advised me to call, no response again from the supervisor after calling so many times I decided to call again and I spoke to a receptionist that advised me to call back on Tuesday!!! I don’t know how this clinic is still in business with staff like this.. they DO NOT CARE about patients and I wonder what happens to the admitted patients if this is how they treat people looking for information on the phone!!! Shameful and disgusting

If you need help do not go to agape. They don’t even pick up the phone. The “therapist” isn’t in.

I have been trying for days to get an appointment with no response. I have left voicemails to no avail. How is it that this place is functioning? When you get a voicemail you can tell they were recorded while on speaker. I find the lack of professionalism even before speaking with a person just shows exactly how you are going to be treated when you finally get someone on the phone. Honestly I don't even want a call back.
