I was recommended to this insurance agent through a family member and it was the worst mistake ever. The person I spoke to was very nice and took my information (so I thought) sometime past and I realized the insurance was not sending me any letters or any information. Turns out the agent I spoke to got my address and phone number completely wrong and SHE made up an email that had nothing to do with me. I get it we made mistakes once but 3 key pieces of information it's not okay. I'm still receiving my info in Spanish just because it was easier for her.

Eddy got me as an agent and I had my health insurance, everything “looked good” up to that point, I was unemployed and the owner of a fabulous health insurance policy for which I paid the very cheap figure of $5 a month (they are not that good, the others hundreds are subsidized by the government). I did not use my insurance much, the "free" annual tests and not much else, until then happiness was tattooed on my forehead (but it would be erased) 2021 arrived and I got a job that, among other benefits, offered me health insurance and since I do not like to steal, the logical step to follow was to cancel my Obama Care insurance so that the government would not have to pay with tax money. of all a subsidy to this poor unemployed who was no longer, because he already had a job, he was already able and wanted to pay for my own insurance. So it was that I called the Insurance Market (1st) and canceled it and then I called the Insurance Company (2nd) itself and "recancelled" it but for this first time I did not contact Eddy …….and after the two First they canceled my policy that good old Eddy did? !!!He re-enrolled me!!! After a few weeks and when I found out that I was once again a “beneficiary” of Obama Care insurance, I started the cumbersome process again, I called the 1st and canceled and called the 2nd and canceled and called Eddy who I couldn't talk to because he was in a meeting, but His kind assistant I explained what happened and after apologies and forgiveness everything would be solved... that's what he told me and I trusted. I trusted until after several weeks I again began to receive correspondence announcing that for the third time and without my consent Eddy had enrolled me in Obama Care, with a variant, this time with $0 monthly payment. And there I go again to cancel my health insurance policy, which I don't want, which I don't need, which I didn't authorize ANYONE to buy from me. I call the Insurance Market and cancel, I call the Insurance and cancel and YES, I called Eddy to find out why he was trying to enroll me again every time I canceled but oh! surprise! I was in a meeting and your retaining wall read me what is said in these cases, sorry, what a pity, I tell you, blah blah blah…. This story is already too long, so I'm concluding: 1-The year 2021 was one of the worst of my life psychologically speaking thanks to Eddy and the office that represents "Las Madrinas" 2-In my 2022 tax return corresponding to 2021 I must return to the IRS about $600 thanks to Eddy and the office he represents "Las Madrinas" 3-I would give you a couple of tips, but I'm not stupid and I doubt that anyone will get down here reading…....but I let off steam a little bit of all the frustration that this has caused me and I'll keep trying wherever they want me hear.
