Dr. Brusovanik gave me good explanations about my condition, and also listened to my questions and answered throughly. He helped me to understand the reason for my pain and the various options for recovery. I feel very happy with the experience. I highly recommend Dr. Brusovanik.

Did not rush me, answered all my questions. Made it clear that there are treatments before resorting to surgery. And that surgery is a last resort. Very accommodating and warm. Not cold at all.

Doctor G. Is great doctor, he was very nice and attentive. He sent me to a specialist, even called them to schedule me ASAP instead of having to wait very long because he didn’t want me to be in pain for longer. Staff is very nice and they take great care of you with what you need. As the doctor just told me “please don’t be afraid to ask if you need help” I’m glad he did and he even called me after my appointments to make sure everything was good. Thanks again Doctor G

I'm sorry you have pain. You can send me by mail a CT scan of the lumbar is preferable to be able to schedule a conference via telephonica.
No. Requires a reduced full payment prior to surgery. It's up to you to try to get money back from Medicare and supplemental insurance.
Absolutely! I would definitely go see Harlan Selesnick. He is outstanding- ethical, very experienced and truly great hands. Dr. Brusovanik
Hard to say. I would love to examine you and see your MRI. Usually, severe kyphosis doesn't require surgery.
With the forward shift that occurs in those with Spondylolisthesis, many patients with this diagnosis will say that laying on their back in bed is extremely painful. This tends to be the most difficult position for people with Spondylolisthesis. As an alternative I would recommend sleeping on your side with a pillow between your legs.
The short answer is, you do not need to worry. Spondylolisthesis, unless it is traumatic, does not lead to paralysis. Most of the patients I see with Spondylolisthesis is when they start to have neurological involvement. For example when they have pain going down their legs, perhaps with numbness or weakness, which is usually when the pain becomes intolerable. The main concern is when a patient starts to lose bowl and bladder function, which is a very rare issue; however, if you do have this issue I urge you to seek immediate medical attention.
Great question! Ganglion cysts of the wrist are common and not dangerous; but can cause pain and dysfunction. Spinal ganglion cysts are common as well, and can similarly cause back pain, and even nerve pain going down the leg. Call me anytime and I will set you up with a hand specialist who I would trust with my wrist. Dr. Brusovanik 305.587.2611 www.spinedoctormiami.com
