Just pray you never have to come here for a work physical/drug screen/respiratory mask fit test. Checked in and had to wait 4.5 hours to be seen after I having to ask multiple times and be told there’s 1 person ahead of me and then I’m next (still waited after being told I’m next). Oh not to mention when I checked in I told them I had a mask fit and lady told me she would locate it (I’m a travel nurse and company mails the n95 mask to clinic). She never told me she was not able to locate it. When I finally get seen, the guy asks me for my mask I’m like what do you mean the lady up front said she was going to locate it! So now I have to wait again while the guy tries to find it, which he did, apparently it was buried at the bottom of their pile. They just have horrible organization skills and they’re clearly not efficient. I absolutely hate coming to this clinic.

I went here for a DOT Physical, as a walk in. Health questionnaire through my phone…simple. Wait time, less than 20 minutes. Once inside the staff also works diligently to get you seen quickly. Overall, great experience. Extremely satisfied with this place.

Didn’t have an appointment so the wait was a bit long, expected. The women at the front desk were welcoming and helpful! Everyone was nice and great. For it being my first visit, it was delightful. :)

Waited for about 2 hours before I was told I needed an extra form that their printer couldn’t print(?) I had to drive home and print the form myself and bring it back. Waited for another 2 hours even though I was assured I was at the front of the line. But! The staff was really friendly: they made me feel super comfortable and even charged my phone while I was getting the exam
