I am only using this car wash until I find a better alternative. I don't mind to pay a little more for adequate service. The 24.99$ subscription gives you the exact same wash than the one for $29.99 monthly. If you get lucky, you get them spray some liquid over your tires. I had the $29.99 service, my boyfriend the $24.99 so I was able to compare the cares side by side. There is no rain protection on the $29.99 service at all. I went to change my service mid of my payment cycle. You have to chase down the manager for it. It was not a quick task, but giving him credit, he was cleaning cars with his employees. I specifically asked when would the service change, he said beginning of the new payment cycle when I start paying less. He lied to me, because I washed my car after I talked to him and I received the regular cheaper trim wash. It doesn't matter, but it confirms how much they don't care about their customers.

My first time here yesterday for a wash because my SUV really needed it especially the rims. I didn't expect much to help the rims from road grime but I was super surprised that they cleaned up really well! I paid for the second tier $20 and I am pleased with the outcome. I will be back.

Paid $35 just for interior to be cleaned and job was terrible. Backseat left with terrible spots of water/Clorox residue smell. Unfortunately I didn’t check before leaving. Once I saw and smelled had to quickly clean to avoid stains. The interior was also left with a patchy leather cleaner. For the money spent to clean inside and outside could have gone elsewhere to have better service.

I wanted to get my car detailed bc I just bought it and they offered me the "bumper to bumper" claiming I would end up with amazing results, but it was just mid. They washed the seats and the mats, which is good, cleaned the doors with a towel, the wheel and stuff too, but it still had so much dirt in most places, I had to ask the guy to vacuum and clean around the pedals, the glove box, the arm rest, behind the back row, I mean... I paid 200$ and I still have to clean stuff because it was just not good enough. It was acceptable, but not worthy, I feel scammed, which is annoying.
