This place will sign you up for automatic payments and not tell you. They will not alert you by email or phone that they "renew" your subscription that they fail to tell you your signing up for. Girl at gate said this is a one time fee and u renew when you come again. False they charge you. I missed the first charge for last month I caught the one this month customer service canceled my acct but did not refund me the charge for this month. False advertisement will never go to this business again. Last time I was there the car wash machine didn't even work and I was told to come back tm. As someone who works and goes to school full time I do not have time to be driving 25 mins to and from the car wash multiple times a week.

Definitely my favorite busy bee in Miami. Their equipment is always clean and the drying clothes never leave any grease marks on my car like in the other busy bees. Staff is always very courteous, kind and helpful. Small location but definitely serves with quality.

Bad experience today. Paid for the second most expensive car wash but the car came out dirty as you can see in the photos. Very dissatisfied. There was nobody there so I could actually complain in person. I think every good review here is because of their $19.99 + tax fast pass, but not because of the quality of the car wash. Will not recommend coming to this brand/location.
