Saw the reviews about Monitor and their quick service and was excited to use them for my wedding due to the original suit store I went to seemed to have lost consistent communication with me. They began to tell me how they really couldn't help me as soon as I started to explain what I wanted, even though I wanted something simple and have to very small wedding party with only a best man one groomsman. They said they would check other vendors and call me by the end of the day. Only heard from them once the next day and then never heard from then again.

My husband and I decided to elope and were in need of a specific color tux (burgundy). We initially went to a different shop who didn’t have that color and were going to choose something else. Thankfully, I did a quick search of other tux shops in the area and Monitor came up. We walked up and were accommodated immediately even though we didn’t have an appointment. The customer service was A1 and we ended up with the exact color suit we wanted. My husband got so many compliments! Would definitely recommend their services!

What a hidden gem in the neighborhood! Julie and her Mom provided outstanding customer service to me when I rented my tux, and they were great about making sure everything fit properly. Best formalwear rental ever!

I would give 100 stars if I could! Everything was perfect!! The cost, the costumer service, the tux, the experience, the time, the pick up, the drop off, literally everything. There is not one issue I had at all when getting a tux for my brothers prom!! I would recommend this place to every and anybody!!
