The reason i gave 1 star was because of the second time the Best buy screwed up my delivery. Last year they failed to deliver my home appliances on time and when questioned the delivery team, they were very rude. Today they failed to deliver my TV and after 4 hours of waiting and calling the customer care, they informed that the delivery team truck broke down and i had to wait another week to get it delivered. Honestly we are living in time where same day delivery is provided. Best buy really need to step up their game in delivery or they will be history soon.

I dont normally post bad reviews, but never have I placed an order online somewhere to be picked up and had to wait 15minutes at the pickup counter with no line or no worker behind the register while other coworkers just 20feet away stand in conversation... no one asked if I needed help or if I was helped and I checked in and stood next to the door until someone finally showed up.

Was at the curbside pick-up but it was more of Park-On-A-Parking-Spot and wait for an associate to get to you. So we waited pretty long, which was understandable with the holiday demands. Associate was nice.
