Have not visited BWW in long time. Daughter wanted to go. Caitlyn our server did a great job no complaints. The appetizers of fried pickles and pretzel bread nuggets were the highlight of our meal. The wings were terrible Luke warm looked and tasted like they were under a heat lamp for 30 minutes, they were definitely not hot right out of the fryer. I make better wings than this place

Bad experience , I ordered food at 6:11pm , and food was ready at 8:23 , it was only French fries and 20 pieces of wings, everything was cold and not tasty (so disappointed in this location(

If I could give a zero I would. We ordered food online at 7:30pm thinking it would take maybe 30 minutes or so. Wait was 50 minutes from order. We get to the restaurant at 8:20pm It’s 8:50pm and we’re still waiting. Probably had the simplest order of the night and we’re still not eating somehow. Very ridiculous and this location is known for being slow but Jesus Christ at the very least let someone know so they can cancel and get their money back.

So so so extremely disappointed in the horrible service. I walked in at 12:15am and asked if we could still dine in. The manager Jesse said yes. I went back to the car to tell my family, we walked in and were not greeted to be sat down, waited a while and no one came around. Finally after seeing us standing there for so long a waitress sat us down. Waited more time for another waitress to take our order and another 40 minutes for our food that never arrived!!! There were other tables eating I don’t understand why it took so long to just bring us our food if no one else was ordering anymore at this time. We ended up asking for our food to go as it was now 1:15am. We waisted more than an hour at this location without eating. The manager never showed up to apologize. We left and my kids fell asleep on the ride home hungry and frustrated. My husband and I got home to these wings that seemed to be re-fried and hardly any sauce. They tasted burnt. It took 40 minutes to make these wings??? If we were going to end our night in such a way we should’ve just came home to drink milk. Very unprofessional and a waste of our time and money.
