If you are East asian, don't go this shop. I spent 4 months to grow my top hair and ruined that. I ordered "Trim sides no.4 and trim top little bit." And then the result was trimmed all the same as side. Listen that order does not mean "Trim no.4 all". As soon as I asked "Are you usually cut this much when someone ask little bit?" And answer was "I tried to match with the sides". I was so speechless. Then why I order you EACH ONE ? CUT HALF IS NOT LITTLE BIT.

The Danny Devito lady with the Florida/Reno vibes completely trimmed off my side burns when I asked to straighten the edges. Had to completely chop off my beard when I got home because it looked so wonky. The lady also wouldn't stop blabbering, even after giving her multiple non answers she kept on pushing to talk. I wonder if I would be happier with the service if she had just focused on the haircut more than her client who just bought a house and works at home depot. However, this is only the 2nd time where I've left unhappy in the last 4 years of coming here. Most of the other barbers do pretty well.

Sport-bar vibes. Quick in and out. Aggressive. My haircut only took 10 minutes. Which is a negative, as barber experiences are typically relaxing. The experience was just okay. Fortunately I only came in for an undercut and a style.

I asked for a 1/2 inch trim on top and the back (short mullet) and a 6 on the sides. The lady (short filipina) started to buzz the back when i pointed to where i wanted the 6 on the side of my head. She said sorry and i forgave her to continue the cut. Then started to do a fade in which i told her just a 6 on the sides prior before getting the cut. I also asked for a 1/2 inch trim on top and on the back (short mullet) but she cut off maybe 2 1/2 inches on top. So then i tell her this is not what i asked for, then she got upset with me and told me that’s what i wanted claiming that she wasn’t in the wrong. What happened to the customer is always right especially when it’s my own hair. She did nothing i asked for and she did it all super quick when she was in no rush because there were no other customers waiting to get a cut. Also the other barbers who were working there could see that the lady who cut my hair messed up, but none of them came to help. Overall terrible experience and i will not be going to this location ever and i suggest you all do the same.
