I got the cat who truly saved my life from this place :) I really needed her after my former cat passed, and she's perfect, loving and sweet. They did a good job caring for her and it shows. She was very loving and happy to be around humans. Cats will become very volatile if kept in unsavory environments. I'm very grateful for this store!

The staff at this location allowed a customer to adopt only one kitten from a bonded pair from the same litter last June. That is horrendously cruel. I have the cat who was left behind. Although she is in a happy home with another cat whom she has grown to love, she continues to suffer from anxiety and she mistrusts humans (for good reason). For reference, The Humane Society NEVER allows bonded cats to be separated; they must be adopted in pairs.

The grooming at this location has horrible service, no matter in how much detail you explain what you’re looking for they fail to provide the service to even the minimal of their ability. They always blame the dogs no matter who’s at fault because it’s the easy way out with horrible attitude. When I finally decided to speak to the manager about this issue, I was doing it to get closure as to why it kept happening, not at all trying to be irrational, at this point I’m happy that the manager Jessica was coming to explain why the service was inadequate that day. The manager Jessica started yelling telling us we’re the issue and our dogs as well and that we mustn’t come back, she told us if we’re not happy with the service we should become groomers and do it ourselves. She said she would make sure that we were banned from ever bringing any of our dogs back in, I told her respectfully I think as the manger you should encourage good service and make sure your groomers aren’t overbooked because I’m sure I’m not the only one who notices the bad service your groomers are providing always using the dogs as the excuse. I let the grooming manger Jessica know that if she thought that that was the best solution I’d take both of my dogs back home and I’d leave. In that moment I realized she was confirming that her grooming salon was not a good place with any good service what so ever. Can’t believe this is a professional manager because their behavior was anything but professional. I’ve been coming here for around 10 years and the grooming service has been declining just recently. Manager Jessicas reaction would’ve been completely different if we were of the same ethnicity as her. There are two amazing groomers there who are most often booked out, that’s Erica and Faith.

Customer service could be better in the sense that you apply to work with animals you would think you would be happy, right? Any ways the hospital inside is trash. Charge you an arm & leg for your loved one!
