Family Rehab delivers where all else fail. I first gave a sample to be tested by the best hospital in Florida who botched my test and told me after 24 hours. With so little time left for my flight, I went to Family Rehab. I was in-and-out in 20 minutes with RT-PCR test results in hand, and with electronic copy via email. The experience was fast and professional, and the outcome was definitive and reliable. The price also seems to the best among other testing centers.

I was so happy to know that I could have the test I needed to fly back to Canada conveniently done at the airport. I went to have my test done when I arrived from Haiti (approx. 2:30pm). I checked in and filled out the information online. When I got to the counter it was recommended that I wait until the next day since I would be close to the 72 hour expiration time. I was happy for the advice and returned the next morning via my hotel shuttle to have the test (approx. 9:15am). I paid for the 24 hour results since I wasn't in a hurry. I received the negative results within 5 hours, which was great. The next day as I'm entering the info into my VeriFly App I realize they have used the wrong date and time on my test. They put the date and time I originally went in and registered (and they told me to come back the next day) not the day of the actual test. I called and explained the situation. They would not do anything for me until I came in person even though they had record of everything at their end, including my payment receipt showing when the test was done. I think what bothered me most out of this entire situation was there was not one person that took accountability and said "sorry". They spent more time whispering about who to blame and who was working at the time of the mistake than they did caring about fixing it and apologizing. I had to return the next day (the day of my flight) extra early to get the proper form. The hotel shuttle wasn't available at that time of day so I needed to pay for an Uber to get there. As I'm leaving I'm told, "you better check this one", as if it was my error. I was truly disgusted with the terrible service and lack of accountability. There were even ladies whispering in each other's ear while I'm standing there! Horrible lack of professionalism. You represent the company and it is your job to admit mistakes, whether you made them or not. Never again!

I visited their facility at the Miami International Airport. The staff was friendly and the process was easy which is great when you are under travel stress. Highly recommended.

Test center near the International Airport, the results are fast, and I was able to catch my flight on time. The lady who attended me was very kind.

Please value is needed if you have to schedule time
the charge for the PCR is $150.00, thanks
They charged me 150 for PCR and they told me over the phone that the antigen cost 100. Both with tax included and it is real that the result is given to you in 15 minutes. It hurts to pay that money, but it is well organized Anyway, if you have time, I recommend the public system, which is free and you have the result in 24 hours.
The PCR test is $150.
You do not have to make an appointment, the value is $ 150, and the results are given in 20 minutes.
