Hello, Simply Health Care Plans will cover this, as long as it is a medical necessity. Your Doctor needs to submit an Authorization request. Simply Health Care Plans will then review your case.

Your spouse has to qualify for Medicare, and depending on your specific plan, will be covered for your extractions and full or partial dentures, (once every 5 years). The plan does not cover implants
