The doctor my son saw in the Homestead office was great. She helped him resovle his problem, but the office staff and billing is awful. I have tried for months to get in touch with them in order to get a prescription. The number rings through to strange people or is always busy and when you do reach someone the staff is rude and unhelpful. If you try to talk with them they are short and try to hang up quickly. The first bill we received had a late fee attatched. (I finally found an office manager that was nice and helpful with the late fee.) Billing was unhelpful and rude I hope I have no reason to talk with anyone from this office or billing again. I wish we could go back for the dr, but we won't because of the staff. USE AT YOUR OWN FRUSTRATION

My father is being treated by this doctor and although for reasons beyond my control I could not be present, he was accompanied by my brother's wife who was delighted with the services and attention for the same reason we want to express our gratitude for such excellent treatment both of the doctor like from your office
