Had a great experience with Mr. & Mrs. Miller doing my first online purchase -->FFL transfer. They were both incredibly friendly, and polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do an online firearms purchase. Thank you both for your help and service! Edit: I love doing business with Mr. & Mrs. Miller so much I even went back a second time for another purchase. I wouldn't use anyone else besides BluRaven. I might even have Mr. Miller look at my old XD that keeps jamming up. A decent dude all around. I couldn't speak more highly of BluRaven. I would recommend for any transfer or smithing!!

Dishonest, rude, unresponsive. I’ve never EVER done business with someone so irresponsible and unprofessional. 2 years and he never even looked at the gun. Tape from 2 years ago still holding it together. Told us several times he had sent it out or sent parts out. All lies. If you never want to see your gun again take it here. Took us dozens of phone calls and several visits to get the gun back in worse condition than we left it. I’m sure he will respond with some excuse but there is no excuse to not respond when you’re in possession of someone’s gun. And there is no excuse for the constant dishonesty. And he’s a hoarder. The garage was dangerous as you can see in the picture. Stay away.

If I could give him zero stars that's what it would be a zero. I had done business with him for close to 10 years then I took a shotgun in there to be blued. Of course with the pandemic hitting things changed. He has lied to me for two years now on saying at least 5 times he would have it done in the next two weeks. I did absolutely nothing to the guy and this is the treatment I get from a business person. Pathetic excuse of a person

Rick is fantastic. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Very easy to setup times to pop in for transfers, schedule wise. He may persuade you into buying guns. I don't see that as a problem though. I will forever go here if possible.
