If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is incredibly rude and insensitive about medical conditions. They also never have the meds for my refills even though I have been getting the same ones for years so I always have an extended waiting time (like 5-7 days) when I try. This means there are days every month that I have to experience symptoms. If you want to fill prescriptions, this pharmacy is not for you.

Discriminated against elderly bilingual Spanish speaking woman. Very rude to little 78 year old lady. Apparently told her they would not sell to her after she was upset by offensive direction. Has lived in Madison 50 years.

Management is not competent. Was told they could not attend me as they were closing in 40 minutes.... Mind you it was closer to an hour before close. All due to the fact they had other "closing tasks to take care of" . Worst customer service I've experienced in Madison. Would recommend you taking your business to the Pick N Save across the street instead

Worst customer service I've experienced in Madison. Would definitely recommend a stop to the Pick N' Save across the street instead.
