Love love love! The store owner is very friendly and never forgets a face. I absolutely always find new outfits there and the variety is so fun. There are men’s clothes here too!! And my husband always finds cool buttons downs or jeans. Even shoes! Highly recommend

Rethreads is by far one of my favorite locally-owned businesses in Madison. The items they sell are exceptional quality and are very reasonably priced. It is the only place I know that I can find designer bags in such good condition with an unbeatable price tag. The buying process is smooth and takes place on Saturdays or by appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful and only take clothes that are in great condition and are better brands. This is what differentiates Rethreads from other thrift stores: their knowledge of fashion and desire to offer only the most quality clothing to their customers.

Hi Mario, Thanks for your question. The short answer is maybe. We never have more than a handful of suits on the floor in stock. This is not because we don't see many suits but that we have a small store space that carries a variety of clothing apparel for men and women and suits are not at the top of the list of what people purchase. As a result, we are rather selective in buying suits. If they are in great condition, a common size, quality label, clean (free of odor, stains & pet hair) and modern style then we encourage you to bring them in for our consideration (M, W & F, 11:30-5:30). Indeed, these criteria apply to all clothing we purchase. Additional factors such as the market trends, buying season and current inventory also apply. But we make no promises. Bottom line, we buy what we think we can sell.
Yes, ReThreads is a buy-sell-trade store and Michael Kors is a brand we like. We offer 25-33% of the resale value in cash depending on condition or 50% cash value in store credit. Clothes should be freshly laundered and folded. We offer much less if anything for clothes requiring much attention. No pet hair, odor or stains!
