Used to go to Old Navy for the great prices on quality clothing, but rather expensive now. Have become like Kohl's in the sense that items are overpriced so they can put a discount on them to make it seem like a sale. I don't shop here as much as I used to.

Had a super great experience here. Not only was I glad to see the fitting rooms open, but the staff was taking the fullest measures to ensure everyone's safety. All of the associates were so helpful and cheerful. Definitely a great environment! Officially have my business ♡

Not a fantastic retail experience, likely due to too few staff. So many clothes strewn everywhere. The dressing rooms had carts and bins full of clothing items that needed to be returned to the floor, leaving the place look like a disorganized unwelcoming mess. Most unfortunate was the one staff member who was considerably rude. Shopping for boys, there are only three color options for denim, so not a great selection or variety.

A young clerk helped my grandson and I get clothes for him in 15 min. Helped him get the right jeans, suggested 2 colors. Found us long sleeved shirts and a hoodie. Plus a pair of comfy sweat pants with style. I wish I had her name--i thanked her but she deserves so much more. Love the west side store!
