The food is consistent. Check your order for accuracy. I did pick up. All items on the receipt were checked off, yet a whole sandwich was missing. They made it for me, but I appreciate accuracy.

Easy place for lunch with friends. Individuals order and pay their own. Plenty of options for different appetite and tastes. Good coffee! Plus, you can pick up some good bakery items for tomorrow's breakfast!

I’m leaving this review specifically for Patrick!!! I’ve lived in Madison my whole life and he was the nicest, most helpful employee I’ve met at Panera yet. Even as I sat eating my food and it was past close he was so kind to everyone and let me know I didn’t need to rush and can take my time. I really appreciate his attitude, going above and beyond in the small things. If we had more people like Patrick in the world it’d be so much more delightful! Thank you again Patrick, God Bless :)
