Positive: Nice pool. Good breakfast area. Negative: Reception staff did not give breakfast information. Many customers were asking around. Some thought they have to pay for it. Room had pet hair on the red faux leather seating. Flush broke during stay. But I was able to lift the lid and flush.

The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and as presented. Location was convenient. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was not maintained at safe temperatures. The pool was lovely except the entire tile walking surface was extremely slippery and dangerous.

Awesome service. Beautiful rooms. Quiet place to relax. Well maintained. Breakfast is very good. Coffee is always available. Convenient location. Pool area is good. Many convenient exits.

Entire experience was great, check in was quick and friendly, the room was clean and beds were comfortable, water pressure was amazing, pool and hot tub were fun, breakfast was good and replenished asap, parking was plenty and close to the entrance. Excellent experience overall, will definitely return if and when back in the area. Asim was a gem with our toddlers!
