Placed an online order for almost 100 moving supply items for pickup in store. Order said it would be ready for pickup at 5:15pm that evening. Upon arrival at 6pm, the order was not put together nor did the staff offer to gather any part of the order. Had to search for the items ourselves as well as take them out to the vehicle with no help from anyone. What is the point of ordering ahead online for store pickup when nothing was done ahead of time? Terrible service and won’t be recommending this location. **Also- don’t even try calling this location. Tried calling four separate times during the day I was suppose to pick up above order. Spent about an hour on hold hoping to talk to ANYONE simply to let them know we were going to be a tad late to pick up and no one ever answered the phone. Guess it didn’t matter because the order wasn’t even prepared then anyways.

This place is literally a Seinfeld episode. We made a reservation for a storage unit months ago. Showed up today and were told storage units are first come first serve and they have nothing available. Which begs the question: what the hell is a reservation for then? See the Seinfeld episode. It apparently was based on this Uhaul location. As anyone from Madison knows, *all* apartment leases end tomorrow and move-in day is 3 days away, so since Uhaul didn't honor its reservation, we have a very big problem we're dealing with today. All because Uhaul doesn't know what a reservation is. Thanks Uhaul.

I went to this facility to pick up my UBOX which was shipped from AZ without my Permission. Though I was happy it was here I was charged waaaaay more then was supposed to be. When I arrived the man said I had to call them 800 number to pay as they weren’t able to run payment since I hadn’t paid for the shipping that I didn’t even know had happened. I left and called the number at which time I put in a disagreement with price and needed to wait 72 hours. The very next day at 6AM I found almost $1400 to have came off my card. This site had run my card though they said they could not and for waaaaay more then The disgruntled price. I have now been on the phone for a total of 27 hours with uahul corporate etc to get this matter taken care of and still don’t have my damn money! I will never use uhaul ever again for anything!
