This was such a pivotal experience. I came in with issues of insecurities effecting my relationships and communication, anxiety, sadness, obsessive thoughts. I would get into a rut and almost like clockwork things would fall apart over and over. I finally reached out and after speaking with Anna M. We decided that a hypno regression therapy would be helpful for me. And IT WAS! I was able to change my emotional past. Looking back now at my past choices and experiences, I feel it differently, I can see the situation from a neutral point of view allowing me the freedom to move forward in a better way. It helped me find emotional freedom. I honestly can't stop being impressed and HAPPY at how well this worked .Thank you so much!

I’ve seen Anna for give or take 5 years now. She’s helped me through so many different moments of my life. She has given me some of the best advise and has changed my perception and way of thinking into a positive one. Thankfully, she has never raised her fee since I’ve seen her.

I found this website and was very excited and interested in learning more, especially from reading all of the positive reviews. In speaking to the practitioner just now, she is absolutely rude. Didn't seem too caring or concerned for why I wanted her services. When I asked about payment, I brought up something I saw on her website in the FAQs and she basically laughed and said no way I don't offer anything based on client's needs, not on my website. Well I would revisit your website before you put down potential clients just for asking about this: FAQS: What Is the Fee for Hypnosis? Fees vary depending on your needs and are customized to the individual’s ability to pay. Typical therapist doesn't care about patients just want their money

Wow mind blowing experience. My insight into myself and my world was transformed even after seeing the doctor only once! The combination of being a psychologist who does hypnosis is very powerful. Her office on Miami Beach is also very cozy, comfortable and easy to get to!

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) utilizes different techniques to help change unwanted thoughts and behaviors. The foundation of NLP is based on people having an internal “map” of the world that is based on what they learn through their sensory experiences. By operating through the conscious use of language, it is possible to change that person’s thoughts and behaviors. Often, NLP is integrated with hypnotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to achieve faster results.

Childhood regression occurs when a child acts out due to stress, frustration, or a traumatic event and commonly occurs in children, but it can also affect adults. When childhood regression involves adults, it may happen when the adult feels fear, anger, or insecurity, leading that person to mentally go to a safer place in a time when safety and stress did not exist in their life. How does a therapist perform hypnosis therapy?

Darla P. Burton | May 16, 2022
Miami Hypnosis and Therapy | May 16, 2022

Hypnosis therapy is performed by a trained therapist who utilizes verbal repetition and visual imagery to help induce a trance-like state of mind. Therapists use various techniques to perform hypnosis therapy. One technique involves the therapist making suggestions on breathing to induce changes in the person’s body so it becomes completely relaxed. When the body is relaxed, the mind is now more open to suggestions allowing the therapist to repeat the positive behaviors desired verbally. Another technique entails visualization, where the therapist has the person visualize doing the desired behavior.

How does hypnosis therapy work?

Darlene Smith | May 16, 2022
Miami Hypnosis and Therapy | May 16, 2022

Hypnosis therapy is where a licensed hypnotherapist guides their client into a hypnotic state. Once a hypnotic state is achieved, the focus shifts from external to internal experiences. Hypnosis also allows for a calmer and more relaxed state, furthering the possibility for being open to positive suggestions for reframing thought patterns and behaviors, which can help change undesired behaviors from negatively impacting daily life. Hypnosis therapy is often used in conjunction with other forms of treatment, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which works to reframe habitual thought patterns and behaviors in positive ways.
