I'm the lady who leaves water for the thirsty cats that roam the street by your church, I believe someone from your congregation moved the container away from the light post in front of your church, please remember that these defenless animals are very thirsty in this heat and they are God's creatures and as such deserve as much help as members of your congregation, don't understand why you would want to move the water container so the cat won't find it, the water container is NOT on our property it is on the sidewalk, it is not interfering with any of your activities.
