Lee County Public Bus Transportation

If I could give the transportation department zeros or negative numbers I certainly would since the beginning of school the transportation department has been a nightmare they are rude to the parents and students,You can be placed on a hold for hrs.Their scheduling is inconsiderate to the small children waiting outside to catch a bus for over an hour and a half at a time.This has happened every day since school started &the last 3 months of school last year it poses a problem for working parents that need to get to work it also post the problem for small children that have to wait that long to get on a bus if you ask my opinion these people should have gotten it together well before school started obviously there’s some serious issues in the system that nobody wants to work for top-notch pay and immediate benefits today our child has a bus Driver that was 90 minutes late and speaks no English wonderful “way to go transportation department”Please get it together

Great question I had the same issue for 90 minutes but it’s almost a daily thing

Yes it’s very obvious That there needs to be a complete change in the chain of commands With the transportation department

There is really no contact because they will let you hold for hrs to get a vm that u can’t leave msgs on bc the vm is full! SAD

It's a shortage of drivers, but they are hiring, maybe you should apply they need the help, plus these drivers are doing their best to pick up kids each day,

No, but they do send some to public auction. Those are listed in the news paper.

No we has Bus driver's don't suspend students off the bus that decision is made through the school in the principal and Lee County School District Administration.
