I mean it's McDonalds, the food is good as long as it's fresh and that's a 50/50 shot, most of the employees are friendly some aren't but overall it's not that bad so I gave it a 3 star!! Also I'm an ex employee of Mcds(not this one) so I know how things are supposed to be and from other mcds I've been to this one is in good shape especially compared to some others!!!

Best drive-through experience I can remember. It was busy, but the guys at the window asked and double checked to make sure my order had ALL the correct items in the bag. It would have been really easy for them to send me and the person behind me down the road with mixed up orders. Many drive through workers would've done just that, but these guys took the trouble to make sure all was correct.

Unfortunately this McDonalds is often short staffed, food hasn’t been fresh, and rude staff. We live super close by but will be going to Culver’s or McD’s in Sun Prairie/Madison instead.

Its getting bad when McDonald's turns into Walmart with these "kiosks". No cashiers! If I wanted to check myself out, I'd go into the back and cook my own food as well. The prices should be cheaper when I have to do your job and that position is being paid for. I highly do not recommend. And if this is what all locations are becoming, I'll take my cash $$$ elsewhere.
