Used a gift card today. Haven’t been to Subway in a long time. Was very disappointed with meat quality. I ordered a cold cut combo and when I got home and tasted it. Funny taste to it. Opened it up and looked at the meat, the edges were old, gray looking. I took it back and showed it to the manager. She offered me a free meal. I said no thanks and left. I don’t want to get sick. PLEASE take a look at your meats before you serve it or as you serve it. Don’t you date it???? Went to Jimmy Johns afterwards….

Visited for an Online Pick-up order today for 2 foot-long subs. We noticed only 2 workers inside with a busy restaurant. Pro: Food was ready on time and a worker came outside right when we arrived for curbside service. Cons: They did not give us double cheese we paid for and sauce was on the warm sub when the note (clearly shown on printed receipt) specified to put sauce on the side. While pretty minor, it would be nice to have associate/s pay closer attention to their work.

I or I should say we as my husband likes going there too. We like the freshness of the vegetables, bread, and meat. We use the coupons and get great service. I would recommend this place.

Supper on the road. I got a sub sandwich to take with as I drove home from Madison area. The maker was very precise and careful as veggies were added. I appreciated the detailed work of the gentleman. Not all are like him. I'll continue to go to Subways for reliable service and my choices of what goes into my sandwich.
