Last few times we stayed here service was poor,pool area was maybe open,maybe not, maybe breakfast, maybe not. We no longer stay there. Was much better when Valentino worked there. Room was however always very clean.

We stayed here with our soccer club which means lots of kids and lots of noise. Every member of the staff was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience pleasant. We had 2 separate issues (our remote and our AC/heater) both were taken care of in a timely manner and the staff was happy to help. The gentleman working the continental breakfast was super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend. They also made checkout/checkin easy for such a large group.

I recently took a team of high school students to this hotel, and the whole experience was very positive. They were streamlined and ready for our check-in, with everything printed and ready for us upon arrival, and they were more than willing to answer our questions about where to eat and how to best enjoy our time there. They even allowed us to us the community space to do a performance practice before our Forensics (speaking) event. The rooms were clean and cared for, and the whole experience was positive and seamless.

Overall was great. I used to travel a lot. My son bowled competitively from Las Vegas to New York for two decades. We almost always stayed at Comfort Inn. This particular hotel did NOT disappoint.
