We ordered online and had a delivery issue. Called this store and spoke with Tony. Tony was the best person to work through our issue. Not only was he calling me on my cell to help us through our issue after hours ( we needed a mattress for my daughter ASAP) but was a complete professional, offered solutions and hooked us up with a new mattress and delivery way faster than we were originally expecting. Tony is the MAN!! If you need anything mattress related, go talk with Tony!!

In the market for a new mattress I went to a trusted neighborhood store. They usually have a variety of products at different price ranges. Products introduced were based exactly on what I was looking for/shopping for. They have a variety of mattresses and sleep-related products and are very knowledgeable about the industry. Service was friendly, but they didn't provide too much information to make things confusing. They listened to what I was looking for and addressed exactly that. We found me a mattress that was unavailable in their inventory. The store manager Lili looked in other inventories and found me a similar product and over all made the experience very pleasant and easy. To top it off, mattress and adjustable platform frame will be delivered in one week! Thank you for a very good shopping experience.

The sales lady, Sheila, was lovely & helpful. She showed me several mattresses pretty much in my price range , honored a discount. The checkout took a while because of some glitch with the credit card machine but was nothing unpleasant. I'd bought a mattress there when it was Sleepy's, but this was a nice experience. Please don't leave the Coolidge Corner area! We need a mattress store here.
