We offer pressure cleaning services for house washing, patio cleaning, driveway cleaning, deck cleaning and brick pavers!
Yes we pressure clean in lake orion, Oxford, auburn hills, west Bloomfield, rochester hills, Waterford, orchard lake, white lake and surround areas!
To answer this question, I will give a definition for each term. Pressure washing: Pressure washing is using high pressure (2000+ psi) to clean a surface which can be great for concrete and patios; but if not properly trained correctly can cause to damages to ANY surface it touches. Soft washing: Soft washing is the use of low-pressure water mixed with detergents to get the perfect clean. We recommend soft washing vinyl siding and roofs because it is much safer method of cleaning. So instead of forcing the dirt off our detergents mixed with water allow the dirt to rinse off the surface like butter! Safely and surely! If you have any further questions gives us a call anytime. Thank you
There are many factors that could affect the price of the property including how dirty it is and how many stories the home has but we charge .20 cents per sq foot of home; with that being said an average 2500 sq foot home price would be $500. Thanks for asking!
There are many factors to consider when asking this question like how tall are my windows & how long it has been since they were cleaned; but that being said our specials at the moment include $99 for the first 20 exterior windows cleaned & $189 for the first 25 windows interior and exterior cleaned. Give your windows a count and give us a call for free estimate. Thank you.
There are many tools in our toolbox but I can guarantee you we use the best of the best for our clients. Including ladders that were specifically created for window cleaners to clean your interior windows with a breeze up to 32 feet tall! We also use the best quality squeegees, mops and towels to ensure everything is perfect before we go. We also use a top-notch RO/DI water fed pole filtration system to ensure we can reach any window up to 5 stories high and leave everything spot free. If you have any further questions about our professional techniques do not hesitate to give us a call. Thank you
Typically, 1,800 - 2,000 PSI is safe but detergents should be used to keep the concrete clean. Pressure washing along doesn't clean and your concrete will look dirty again in no time.
If left to do by someone who isn't trained in this process, yes. Low PSI and detergent should be used to clean vinyl siding.
Yes, however, you must make sure to use the appropriate psi and detergent to clean the brick safely.
No. pressure washing and power washing are interchangeable terms. It's the same thing just said differently.
