I spend more money than anyone I know at these shops. There isn't a single time I walk out without typically hitting my concentrate limit. Usually this is my favorite shop and go-to location because of the point system/deals, but with them literally DOUBLING the required points to use on rewards off it now accrues $1 reward dollar for every $35 spent compared to $1 for every $17.50 spent prior to your change. I understand needing to bump things up sometimes due to inflation, etc. but literally DOUBLING the requirements make me feel like substance is just like any other company that only cares about their bottom line. You seriously could've bumped the $20 off reward to 450-500 points before ramping it all the way to 700, that was just pure greed. I'll be shopping at The Herb Center and Fyre more often for sure now which is unfortunate since this was my favorite shop.

Today I bought dabs/joints and they charged me for 2 edibles as well. I never even looked at the edibles. …Please return to the store with your gear and receipt and you will be promptly refunded for something you did not intend to purchase. We just implemented a new POS software system, so we sure would like to know how it is possible to have scanned out items that you did not procure, especially when such items, like the edibles you mention, never left the locked displace case. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We look forward to a prompt resolution and your satisfaction.

We have been operating as an essential business for a year now, following all the federal, state and municipal guidance. Guests and staff wear masks, maintain physical distance buffers, and are encouraged to wash hands frequently. We limit the amount of guests in store when we need to do so. We also pre-package cannabis (and have done so since 2014) in a hygienic and sanitary environment. We use appropriate solvents to clean constantly all areas of our operation.
Cannabis retailers are not permitted to sell products geared to pets.We sell such material at our coffee shop & cbd store, but it is temporarily closed for remodeling. I'm sorry we don't currently have a good pet option available to you at this time.
Passport is best. And plugs for other dispensaries is pretty lame when answering a question.... Kim an out of state drivers license will work as well, and Substance is a very great and fair place... Funny.... "Mr. Nice Guy" used to be an independent shop....

Any adults 21 and over may shop with a valid government issued photo ID. A driver's license or state issued identity card or a Passport are all that's needed to show your age. If you are under 21, then an Oregon Medical Marijuana card is needed.
