LifeSource follows the protocol mandated by Oregon Health Authority. At the time of this answer, (April 7 2021) LifeSource requires a face mask be worn by anyone who enters the building. We have reserved the hour between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM for high risk individuals to shop. Surfaces, carts and baskets are sanitized between each use. Hand sanitizer is provided at the front door, and elsewhere in the store. Six foot social distancing is facilitated, and ADA accommodations are curbside pickup or delivery. Sorry Sharon, Walden Farms products don't meet our standards because they contain artificial sweeteners, preservatives, etc. We do carry Lakanto sugar free maple flavored syrup (sweetened with monk fruit) and Nature's Hollow raspberry preserves, and mountain berry jam (Sweetened with xylitol.) As a bit of context, this question was asked during a situation where Salem, Oregon drinking water was under an advisory. In response to the advisory, LifeSource ordered several full pallets of clean spring water, and made it available to the public at cost. The advisory was lifted, and we hope there will never be another issue with Salem's water quality. We have issued a statement that pertains to our current situation: "What is LifeSource doing to limit your exposure to Cyanotoxins? Until the advisory is lifted or the levels increase to the adult limit, we are using filtered “glacier” water from the 5 stage filtering machine in our store to mist and prep in our Produce Dept and for all our preparation activities in the Deli. We have contacted Glacier and they have advised us that their filtration process reduces, but may not completely eliminate all cyanotoxins from the water. As of April 24 we have Beyond Meat Feisty Crumbles, and Beefy Crumbles. We are awaiting Non-GMO Project certification because of concerns over certain ingredients. We do need your help to encourage Beyond Meat to source ingredients that are not Genetically Engineered, and to obtain certification to this end. We carry it by it's common name, "Black Seed Oil." We carry something called 'black seed' in our bulk department in whole form. (After digging into this a little more, there is a plant called, Nigella sativa which is sometimes called black cumin (it is not related to cumin.) If this is what you want, we currently stock it in the Wellness department.)
