This incident occured a week prior to me writing this. The manager along with the staff is incompetent. I should not had to wait for 30mins for my order when it was ready with in 2mins of me making my drinks. No order number was called, no parts of the order was called or anything. 20 minutes my food laid on the counter getting cold and no one said anything. When I finally got exhausted of waiting and confronted them with the issue I received attitude from the girl who took my order, silent inaction from the boy who supposedly was the one assigned to hand people their orders, and laughter from the girl who appeared to be a supervisor. Also keep in mind that I ordered $70+ worth of food and I was one of maybe three other people in the restaurant.. You'd figured they would prioritize my transaction with more seriousness. They were more concerned with the uber eats drivers than the customers right in front of them. They then offered to remake my food but by that time business had picked up a bit and they were out of most of the food in my order. I just gave up and demanded my money back and left. 30 minutes the whole thing took. Completely wasted my time. I work in the service industry and this staff is an embarrassment to it. Worst Popeyes ever. I highly do not recommend this location.

Outstanding service; ordered the 5 piece blackened tenders and was not aware that there is a size difference between the regular tenders and the blackened tenders. Same price but not the same size.

Poor management. They don't answer the phone ever and my dasher has been there for almost 25min now waiting on my order. I dont understand why people with the easiest job have the most difficult time doing it.
