It’s crazy that someone drained my bank account and there’s nothing my bank can do about it. Even with the proof I have. IQ credit union does not keep your money safe

It says on the door that the bank is open till 5pm it is 3pm right now and the bank is closed kinda sucks when you can't go in when you need a new debit card and can pull out any money for bills

I've been inside and all the employees were nice and helpful but I've gone to the drive through atm three different times and all three times its been out of order. This was in a two month period and is always very frustrating. On the bright side, the IQ across the street always works and feels much nicer.

Why is it not named as an iQ Credit Union Business Service Center. That's all they do there. FYI.
