This place is terrible. I did testing there, they said they would call me, then never did, and now the refuse to give me my results over the phone. I live over an hour away. They also never answer their phones. I definitely DO NOT recommend them.

My experience with Desert Urgent Care was not a good one! I walked in asking if I could see a Medical Doctor for pain in my knee. I specifically asked if I woud see a "Physician" before I paid the $125.00 fee. I was assured I would. I then saw a "Nurse Practionner" who did not examine my knee, never even touched it, and simply offered a prescription for pain. After I left, I contacted the office manager Ms Iola Olivera to point out that I should be at least partially re-imbursed considering how useless the examination had been. I received a reply stating that my request was under review. That was March 6th 2018.....I wrote several e-mails, even contacted what I believe is their head office in Indio to the attention of Dr Frank Curry. Never got any answers. Unbelievable how very unprofessional my experience was! Hope this review will save others from having a similar experience.
