Basically think, "If I want a good burger for a good price in a nice environment." Obviously if you go at peak times there will be a bit of a wait, but if that upsets you then reconsider what you think is a problem. On my one trip there the staff was really nice and I got my food quickly. Very delicious. I'll be going here again.

They have now raised the Tuesday burger deal price, as well as began skimping out on the amount of fries given. I came here for multiple years but have began noticing the decline of this establishment. Will be taking bing business elsewhere from now on.

Terrible costumer experience. Employees didn’t even look up when we came in. The guy taking our order was extremely rude and had attitude with any question we asked. We also weren’t thanked for our order. Tried coming the night before but they closed hours early with no indication on the door. Overall terrible experience, we felt unwanted and my burger was dry. Won’t be coming back.
