Close to my home in Ocala. Service comes with a smile even when they are very busy & the food is always fresh. Can't say the same for any of the Gainesville locations where we recently moved from.

This McDonald's has an issue. I'm unsure how it could be solved. It's always backed up. There's a lot of employees there. But they have to serve 4 different outputs, Delivery drivers, Drive thru, Curbside, and Dine in. Takes forever to get food. Everytime I'm there, all the employees looked over worked. It's embarrassing.

Drive through line was really slow, waited about 20 minutes for an ice cream. By the time I finally got the ice cream it was partially melted and made a bit of a mess in the car. At least the ice cream machine was working though.

This is the worst one I have ever seen. You HAVE to order at the kiosk no choice. Then it tells you they will bring it out, but a few mins later someone yells out our number so I go up and get the food. I tell them that someone made a mess at the drink counter, the mgr told the girl "leave it, that's how people like it, they can live with it! There was soda all over the floor, the counter, cup lids, straws, napkins strewn everywhere. The whole dining room was filthy, I've never seen a McDonald's like that. The manager was rude to everyone that came in the door. Definitely not adhering to McDonald's policies. It is store 6003 on newberry rd. Gainesville Florida, just out side of oaks mall
You can order inside but not eat inside. I agree there should be a sign!
