The hours are incorrect. If you go in at 5 o’clock you will see a nice paper note stating that the hours are actually 8 AM to 4 PM. Otherwise great experience. I don’t remember the guys name but he was very helpful.

Its in kind of a weird spot. When you pull into the Marriott main entrance. At the stop sign make a left. At the next stop sign, make a slight right and go up the ramp. Park in any spot with a "A #" like A1, A2 etc.
Oh wow! That's crazy!! Last time I was there for a rental the 2 ladies were really nice. I'm sorry to hear that.
With a credit card I'm not sure they need a security deposit - they just authorize the amount of the projected rental cost based on the return date and quoted rate. However, a debit card requires a deposit of $300 and that is not released until a few days after the return. At least that's been my understanding based on my personal experience and yes, they do run your credit score which is a factor in the deposit amount.
